Voxel City at golden hour from the air: a busy town of lit voxel houses and towers along a river, two bridges crossing it, fields beyond.
A cosy voxel city-builder

Voxel City is coming soon

A cosy little city, one street at a time. Lay a road, zone a few homes and watch a town grow at its own gentle pace.

Made in Unreal Engine 5 · Planned launch price £8.99–£12.99 · Release date and platforms to be announced

In the game today

Six things you can already build

Voxel City is still being made, but none of this is a promise: every card is working in the current build, in a real screenshot.

  • A long road bridge on piers over a blue river, a town of brick terraces and lit towers on the far bank. Roads

    Roads and bridges

Drag a road and it joins itself up. The avenues out of town cross the water on bridges.

  • A mixed street at dusk: brick homes and flats with lit windows, shops, a forge and wood yard, towers behind. Zoning

    Homes, shops and industry

Zone the land and people move in when they want to. Nice streets grow taller.

  • A brick fire station with a tall tower, its red engine parked in the bay by the road. Services

    Fire, police and clinics

Schools, power and water too. Each shows who it will reach before you build it.

  • The underground view: cars driving up a road tunnel towards its gold-edged entrance, the streets above faded to a map. Underground

    Tunnels and a metro

Two layers under the streets for roads, rail and a metro. Houses stay on top.

  • A region from high above: a river winding through green land, towns grown on both banks, bridges between them. Maps

    Four joined-up maps

Each map is one landscape in four quarters, and your roads can join the next one.

  • A railway station with a green glass roof beside the tracks, at the foot of a town of towers and terraces. Transit

    Buses, trains and a metro

Name and colour every line, choose its buses, and see who rode it this month.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What makes it cosy?
There's no game over. If money runs low, the town tells you, services wind down gently, and you can take out a loan and pay it back. Storms, floods and heatwaves are off unless you switch them on. Residents can chat about their day, the title screen sits in a warm golden hour, and the Relaxed setting starts you with twice the money.
When does Voxel City come out?
The release date is to be announced. People on the waitlist will hear it first.
How much will it cost?
We're aiming for £8.99–£12.99 at launch. The final price will be confirmed before release.
Which platforms will it be on?
To be announced. Voxel City is made in Unreal Engine 5 and is being built and played on Windows PCs, but no platforms are confirmed yet.
Can I play it yet?
Not yet: there are no public builds. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you when there's something to play.
Is the game accessible?
It has a UI scale setting, a Solid panels option for higher contrast, a Reduce motion setting, and every key can be rebound. If something gets in your way, please tell us.
What happens to my email address?
It's used only to send you news about Voxel City, never sold or shared. You confirm it with one click, and every email has a link that deletes you from the list. The privacy notice has the details.
